     Added Windows 95 long filename support to REARJ.EXE.

     Added "-i" options to show the TOTAL progress of an archive build.

        Windows 95 compatibility.

     ARJ 2.55b ALPHA TEST
     Added special handler to catch errors during archive bit resetting,
        so that Win95 sharing violations are displayed but automatically
        bypassed.
     Added more error messages to critical error handler.
     Fixed "M" parsing in "-v10M" option.
     Fixed OS test for support of Win95 long filenames (affected OS/2).
     Fixed "-f2" and "-u2" processing of split files in volumes by
        ignoring the size test for split files.
     ARJ 2.55 ALPHA TEST
     Added "ac" command as an abbreviation for "u -u2 -jb" for chapter
        support.
     Added support for handling long filenames under Windows 95.
     Added "-hf", "-hf1", and "-hf2"  options to provide long filename
        options.
     Added data damage protection option with new command "q" and "-hk"
        options.
     Added support for ARJ-SECURE for multiple volume archives and
        self-extractors.
     Added support for displaying ANSI comments without ANSI.SYS installed
        to ARJ, DEARJ, and ARJSFXV.
     Changed "-ja" option to work with "ARJ P" command to display file
        contents with ANSI display handler.
     Added improved encryption feature as a separate module for ARJ.EXE,
        ARJSFXV, and DEARJ.EXE.
     Added "-hg" option to specify filename of encryption module in ARJ.
     Changed "-g" option to force compression even when there is a size
        increase unless the -m0 option is used.  This improves encryption
        security.
     Added "-o" option to specify filename of encryption module in ARJSFXV.
     Added "-s3" option to save both the file time-stamp and the internal
        archive modified time-stamp.
     Changed "-jo" processing to work with "-f" and "-u" type options.
     Added capability to exclude leading characters of an extraction
        pathname with "-e" option.
     Added support for updating multiple volumes.
     Added backup chapter capability for better file version management.
     Added "-j#" option to build "HOLLOW" archives without compressed file
        data for special applications like file integrity checking.
     Added "-@" option to provide one token per response file line
        interpretation to support long filename handling.
     Changed internal file list handler to provide XMS or DISK access.
     Added "-f2" option to freshen files that have changed.
     Added "-u1", "-f1", "-f2", and "-u2" options to add/update commands.
     Speeded up the archiving of a large list of small files.
     Fixed memory error message in wildcarding.
     Changed ARJ build from small memory model to medium memory model.
