I trust the server is ok. The problem is not cabling or frame type.

Yeah :-) I'm beginning to think the SCSI or the NIC has a ROM
that is loading these things.

I have looked in AutoRep.nlm with List.com. It is a "3rd party" util.
No .lan or .nlm that involves the hardware is mentioned within.
