likely to marry than their adult counterparts?

There it went - the inevitable part in which bitter women insult men
because not enough men want them.

Men can deal with rejection.  It's part of the game for us, but women
see it as some abberation for which someone else is to blame.  Their
idea is that women are so great, so wondrous, that only stupid or
otherwise flawed men could possibly ignore them.

The "stupid" insult is particularly common.  Usually it's women saying
that men don't want them because they're just too smart, when it's more
likely that men don't want them becuase their either ugly, bitchy,
needy, demanding, high-maintenance, or carrying enough emotional
baggage to tip rail car.  It's far easier for them to call us stupid
than to examine their own flaws.

If a man is unattractive to women, he can look in the mirror, admit it,
and admit why.  He can admit that he's low on money, looks, charisma,
or whatever.  Women can't do that.  If they sit home on Friday night
watching Lifetime, someone else must be to blame.
