No.

I don't care what you call yourself, but you can't define "feminist"
however you like, unless you concede that the word has no value.
There's a school of thought, mostly among the unschooled, that one can
define a word however he likes, using _his_ private definition. Such a
writer often decide what the word "man" means, calling men those who do
what he likes, and calling "males" those who don't. It's bogus. The
entire point of language is to give us all a common platform for
communication. If the words we use are no longer defined, we defeat
the point of language itself.
If "feminist" A hates men and says she's a feminist, and feminist B
likes men and says she's a feminist, and neither denies the other is a
feminist, and if there are millions of each, the word is just so much
noise. One can't say anything good or anything bad about it, because
it's nothing.
As far as men and women working together, forget it. That's like
suggesting that lords and serfs work together. The serfs would love
it, but the lords wouldn't, and the situation is analogous. If women
really wanted to meet our "needs," they could easily do it, but we want
freedom, and its hardly in their interests to give it to us. Using
their governments and their police, they regulate our actions as much
as possible, and they take whatever they can from us. To "meet our
needs,", all they have to do is .... stop. Want to work with us?
Start by leaving us alone.
