Yes it can. Call-up your phonebook with Alt-D and select the E(dit)
command with Alt-E. You'll then be presented with 3 choices, one of
which is SORT.

Get the main menu with Alt-Z and select Device under the Config heading.
Then select Term Cmds with Alt-C. You'll then see a window giving you
basic options about your modem like init string, dialling prefix. Select
delay after with Alt-L. Now you'll be in the "window" showing the
default 10 secs. Change this to whatever you want.
