KJ>>I have developed something in both arms that they can't diagnosis yet
KJ>>and today it really hit the right arm so bad that Marty had to carry
KJ>>my pocket book and cut up my dinner.
KJ>Geez, Diane, I hope they figure this out quick!
So does Meggie and I. It is really limiting aside from the pain. I think
it maybe called getting older.
KJ>>She will not step up on the left one. I then just put down my right
KJ>>hand and right away the foot came up. I was surprised. Is she telling
KJ>>me she has a preference?
KJ>They sometimes do...some of mine won't get on a left hand readily
KJ>either. If she wants you badly enough, she'll give in eventually,
KJ>though.
She still won't. I have to use the right hand, if the left one is
offered she will run to the top of the cage. Today I feel a lot better
and was able to use the right hand and there was no problem at all. She
stepped right up. Seems to me I remember Bobbi telling me when I got her
that she was used to one hand as Bobbi always had the other one full but
I can't remember which one she told me that she used. If it were the
left one it shows that parrots do bond to the one that they get used to
and not the one that hand fed them. Although she still sounds like Bobbi
when she says "Hello" as only Bobbi can.
