Once again, I want to restate my offer to port door games to *nix... if anyone has door sources in C or C++, I am willing to port them to *nix on their behalf for the price of a registration. I used to do pascal doors also, but the pascal compiler is frankly in rough shape still. Perhaps in a year or two I'll re-open that offer. BASIC doors I'm willing to port if they don't suck. The port will generally consist of translating the source to C/C++ and using the OpenDoors doorkit. So far, only one authour has taken me up on the deal... there is now a Linux and *BSD version of Ambroshia: Test of Time - available at http://www.thebbs.org/ambroshia/ Ambroshia is a combination of LORD, Usurper, BRE, Clans, and anything else you can think of set in that era. --- SBBSecho 2.00-FreeBSD* Origin: FreeBSD Synchronet - telnet://FreeBSD.synchro.net (1:140/17) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 140/17 1 106/2000 633/267 |
