 ...That's right. The need for speed to me is only circumstantial.
 With the Pentium based computers 66Mhz and up, fast E-IDE harddisks,
 the speed of an application is ALWAYS faster than the user needs.
 With those machines you've got to search record by record in a
 100.000+ recs with a FOR...NEXT loop, otherwise your application is
 always fast enough. For the user interfase the need for milliseconds
 is trivial.
 EW> If you know the string to compare with must start with 'ADDRESS', it's
 EW> just natural to me to use '=' instead of '$'.
 ...I don't like the syntax. A legacy from my dBase time where
            Var = Value
 was a legal syntax...
