There's an assistant administrator; I've never seen him without a smile on
his face. He's very good about doing anything he can for you, so long as
it falls within their guidelines of what's possible. For example, he got
me a bookcase and is letting me have a door for a desktop. But if it's not
something they're prepared for, it's as though you were speaking Greek.
But I have hopes...
