Did you select the SMS method used by the board? Novell supports 3 or 4 
different methods. If you don't select the proper one, or if the method used 
by the board isn't supported, Netware will be a problem.
I'd think about removing one of the PII processors, then install Netware, get 
it working. Research which SMS method is used by the board. Determine if 
Netware also supports it. If so, then reinstall the 2nd processor and setup 
SMS.
