Ok.  I am expecting even more case issues to be hit as we go forward with
the Linux / Unix port of the code.  Wes did something to make parts of the
case case-insensitive, but I'm sure there are other parts of the code
needing tweaked.....

I'd have to grep the control files and code to find that.

Don't know.  Some place in the code will have message (in some type of
specific case) hard coded, related to the MESSAGE menu.  Similar for the
FILE menu, etc.
