Ugh.  I thought better of our judges than to set up such a blatant
straw man as this.  Are we seating college interns on the bench
nowdays?

Ha!  So Concerned _Women_ for America acknowledges that this is an
unequal situation.  IOW, we are not equally protected under the law,
because the requirements they put on us could easily be put on women
too, but they are only put on men.

The very fact that this is even in a courtroom is cause for hope.
There was a time when such a case would never have been heard, with the
judges fearing that a feminist lynch mob would gather on the steps.  We
are not at the third step of Ghandi's path to victory:

"First they ignore you.
Then they laugh at you.
Then they fight you.
Then you win." -- Ghandi

Ignoring us didn't make us go away, and neither did laughing at us.
Now they're fighting us, and they'll eventually fail at that.  They
smugly strut about and brag that they'll always be able to force their
will on us.  Now they have less reason to brag.
