No way, the level of knowledge required to write this worm reduces the
number of people capable of doing it to very few. The whole thing was
written in assembler and shows that the writer knew assembler, networking
(by his choice of UDP), and windows assembly level programming.

Whoever wrote it has been doing this sort of programming for a long time.
