OS/2 has it built in, so I haven't felt the need for an additional program.
Many PCs have keyboard repeat delay and rate as BIOS settings, though you
usually only get the choice of slow, medium or fast. DOS and OS/2 respect
those settings, and in the case of OS/2 it then allows you to change them
once the OS is running. I'll grant that Gary's prog does allow setting on a
per key basis instead of globally.
