        These keystrokes are done every time, not that many. I
  bring up Zoc, with a mouse click on the Office Shorthcut bar,
  click on connect ( to Doc's ), on  to acknowledge that I am
  alive, F6 to give Doc my name cum PW, hit (D)ownload, then
  (G)oodbye to close it all. From this moment, it is a BW show as
  the (D)ownload got the .qwk to BWAVE -> Down folder.

        6 hot keys to get the .qwk, works all the time. No script.
