Sondra.
I too live on the outskirts of a farming community, but it has grown up,
and with it, others have moved in from out of town, and though they have
money , they don't 'wear' their
lifestyle change very well.
Last week I worked for a small clinic outside of the Kansas City area, for
the temp agency. I was so warmly welcomed, it was really nice. Each day, I
'cruised' the back roads at lunch time looking for another road to travel
down, adn discover something new. By Wed I asked them if they had a position
open, or was I filling in for a vacationing person. They assured me that
there was a position open, and even though they would have to pay a fee, they
would certainly consider it. I enjoyed the community, and the people that
are working there. Doens't seem to be any 'riffs' going on in the office,
and everyone pitches in to help one another. Most of the employees are older
there, which is very refreshing.
Well they have channged the time on us again...I changed my clocks
yesterday in the early evening, but still got up at the usual time this
morning
