Nothing wrong with a well-made doublet. But "bad boy" plus
doublet equals double-drool!

That's what most of the guys I know who grow beards say.

Yes, "and." :) Lots of 'em out there.

Oh, he's eye-candy-ish, at least. Not much more--certainly not a
major "drool" factor (until you start seeing his wicked sense of
humor in LotR2)--but I do *love* that hair. Oh--I've said that
before, huh?

Definitely! And it's fascinating to me to find out the
behind-the-scenes stuff. For example, in one scene there were 3
different editing cuts over the course of about 2 minutes. Each
one was filmed months apart in radically different locales--but
they all flowed together. Weird.

The actors themselves have a bizarre (but fun) sense of humor.
There's a comment from them in the cast commentary, just as the
Fellowship is leaving Rivendell, that is beyond funny (to me, at
least; maybe it's just the particular setting).

oh yes--it's all about interpretation. (THe director has a large
part to play in that, too.)

Oh--definitely worth the time, imho.

Oh, I have no doubt. I just wonder how. :)

What didn't you like?

Yeah... a bit much for me (29), but still, nice eye candy :)

I suppose I can drool, at least. :)

Especially when you realize that there were 5-6 years of prep
before the actors ever arrived. Wow.
