As a strategy, what I said makes sense - if you follow through. The
problem is that mose people simply comply and bitch about a "bad"
system or about getting a "dirty" deal.
If you are in jail, you can accomplish nothing.
If you cooperate on a limited basis, it can give you a chance to
re-group and mount some kind of offensive - it gives you the CHANCE to
do something.
Breaking the law is never a good thing. Disobeying a court order is
even worse. But if you can fight to change a law, THEN you can have
your case reviewed and the new law applied.
The strategy is to make them THINK you are cooperating and rolling
over to play dead. This coud have the added effect of surprizing the
heck out of your opponent when things suddenly change as a result of
your efforts.
