Ok.  Sucess at rebooting the machine.  Was that also success at using the
outside command?

If all you want to do is run some program like one of the reboot options
suggested, and if you have BinkP or Binkley running on the system, you can
setup triggers on either receiving a specific (possibly password protected)
file request or having a specific file uploaded to the system....
