Hello Dan, nice talking to you !
DC> You seem to be right on that. I think WINxx allowed the screen
DC> to be expanded.
Well, this brings back old days. I was on Win 3.1 but on the
Commodore 64 then 128 doing the mail, much before I got to Win9x so
I did not need to expand the screen as I do now. Two systems !
JP> I have found a "work-around" for this C&P and
JP> am happy with it. It involves saving part of the text in a .txt file
JP> but does good by me as I also use the same procedure to Cut and
JP> Paste but to the printer this time.
I save all C&P texts to a bwave/C&P folder, then Read it back
where needed. It makes the dumping of all the cuts easier when
finished with them.
DC> I rarely c/p WIN DOS apps. I do that far more from DOS to DOS.
I do a lot of C&P in Windows, a great lot. Specially when
reading my bank accounts, I C&P to the small app calculator.
Again in TI! 27D 44.475'N 082D 45.356' W
Have a great day !
