I sent you a fixed copy of the PCPI CP/M ramdisk driver in private e-mail.  If 
you could put it up on your website and/or upload to the Yahoo group, I'd 
appreciate it.  I'm sick with a head-cold and don't have the energy...

For the curious:  The CP/M disk parameter block hard coded in the driver was 
set with values that cap disk capacity at 256k.  This is an illegal 
combination that caused BDOS to request nonsense track values from the driver.

When I get some time, I'm going to fix the various tools to support arbitrary 
ramdisk sizes transparently out of a single bit of code.  Clearly, no one had 
ever tested the stock driver with anything other than a fully-expanded 
Applicard (256k of banked expansion memory).
