Ya, the fool was the one composing the manual! 0-8* I was asleep at
the time, but I was close to fully conscious for the first cut. The
surgeon put his cauterizer on the table, where I tried to catch my
breath. He asked if I was still with them. "Barely!" was the most
accurate I could spit out at the time.
