Hmm.. I just thought there was one.. Hmm.. Maybe I looked at one of my own

It's hard to believe someone has a up-to-dated C compiler which works under
Win32, if it's _not_ GCC.

As long as nobody is interested (with programming skills) in the project, I
doubt someone (some of us) would develop something specifically to Win32..

It's somekind of luck that most C is easyly portable between platforms..
