UV's 80-character lines were built of (I think) 11x19-dot cells, instead of
the MDA's 9x14.  It's understandable why they'd protect their work.

Uwe Seiber (Sieber?) in DE used to sell shareware "terminal"
fonts (Hypertrm, etc., + DOS).  Rather well done.  I think I even bought
some once.  Then they started acting flaky under NT and 98 and........
