Your frame type choices should be ETHERNET_802.3, ETHERNET_802.2, or
ETHERNET_II if you are running ethernet. If the frame type does not
match between the server and the workstation, no communication occurs.
This is why we want to know what the server says... and we are quite
surprised that the 386 can communicate with the server without the NIC
being configured on the server side!
