Are there any tools that will allow me to test an application for 
uestionable
file handling behavior that can cause certain network requesters trouble? How 
about a program to test particular requesters for susceptibility to common 
programming methods? The reason I ask, of course, is that you only find out a 
particular program has a problem with a particular requester feature _after_ 
data is corrupted and tempers are flaring.
