You are not likely to get a very good set of responses to your
question here. For one thing, very few sensible people think in terms
of "women in general" or that "women" might be totally
vicious. I am
pretty far along the road of taking people as individuals. So are most
folks, I bet. Therefore, I would answer that I value the same qualities
in a woman as in a man - as a co-worker, friend, etc.  almost anything
not involving nakedness.
