I don't find samba difficult (partly coz I've done it since the dark days

So have difficulty....chuck it my way......there are some easy to use tools
which help such as SWAT & even Webmin but the key thing to remember is
that every linux box wants to be a server so think of it like config'ing
Windows
 Server.
