Subject: [drakelist] 1525EM DTMF troubles

my 1525 won't produce DTMF tones....measuring voltages seems to 
indicate that there is no VCC+ (black wire) to the MC14410 on transmit. 
I am using it with a UV-3. Connector is wired correctly. Anyone else 
had problems with the mic and DTMF?
