Hi Again Tony. -=> Quoting Tony Langdon to Peter Coggon <=- TL> So what's the issue on packet? Oh, and here, HF circuits to a lot of TL> places can be unreliable, it's a looooooooooooong way to anywhere. The biggest problem since Internet forwarding has been the returned of private packet mail...SPs as they are called are coming back marked "NO route" yet SBs which are bulletins to everyone to read are okay. I noted this with a ham in New Zealand. His SBs are coming to me via other routes. Not one message, but 2 and 3 of the same..all with different forwarding. But it is ok...the packeteers are into a ranting, mudslinging debate over anything anyone posts, so there is really no clear issue. PC> Hey...just noted that there is more traffic in the conference! TL> ;) Oh well back to packing....aaah mmmm where the sun burn lotion? 73 Peter VE3WBZ ... * We're lost, but we're making good time. ___ Blue Wave/DOS v2.30 [NR] --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 379/1 633/267 |
