I didn't find such lines in 'proc InitBooklet()'. So I made the change in
'proc InitPrintJob' instead.
Maybe thats my problem. It prints 2up, but all left sides of the sheets is
printet two times. On page 1, on the left side, I get the first page and the
last page. On the right side, I get page 2 allright, but all left-sides is
illegible. I can still use duplex-style, if I want to re-order the pages, but
I suppose, thats because, that part of the printing have not been destructed.
