 I have. I already changed my modem in the past and had to spend weeks 
 and weeks to have my systems tunned again. 
 In this particular case, I suspect some settings around the modem 
 were changed and became inconsistent for the external O_QWKer transfer 
 routines. 
 Anyway, I'm glad it's fixed :-)

 P.S. BTW, there is a sittuation where you can get an instantaneous 
 .QWK D/L not done but recognized as ok - if you have the user's D/L 
 directory not correctly configured or full or in some setups with 
 crash recovery active. For some strange reason we were not able to 
 get different error levels from DSZ/GSZ for those particular events...
