Holy sh*t, Dean, that's awful enough for me.
1. Track all trasnfers.(necessary before confiscation can
succeed)
2. All prospective owners must pass a safety class.
(the class can later be made more difficult to pass)
3. Ban the cheap, small-bore handguns.
4. Ban Large-caliber bullets.
I haven't read the whole thing yet, but the above four
items were stated early on. I belive that Sarah Brady
blames guns for her husband's injuries, and wants to
eliminate all guns. She told us that the Brady bill would
stop gun crime, but started lobbying for more restrictions
as soon as it passed. I will believe that the current stated
goals of any political body are it's only goals as soon
as it chooses to disband after achieving them.
