Do you have any idea how much of a disaster that would be for
the state? The loss of a major transportation artery would be
really really bad.
As to patrolling, if it's anything like Ohio the local
communities would pick it up to get the fines.

I rode a bike about 40 years ago, so I am aware how much of the

don't get caught in the mess.
