Ironically, he'd be better off in a criminal courtroom, where the
prosecutor would at least have to prove the charges against him, and he
would be entitled to a public defender.  Even in civil court, the
plaintiff would have to prove that the charges were more likely true
than untrue.  But in wild-west nightmare of family court, anything
goes.  The judge can say that he or she has to "err on the side of" the
child or the woman, so all she has to do is make the accusation, and it
will only be ignored if it's utterly ridiculous.

It's so skewed that she really needn't make this accusation.  The judge
isn't going to revoke her goddess-given right to presumed child custody
just because her pelvis is a public park.

The man could make the case that wifey's parade of lovers is a danger
to his kids, and this stands a chance of succeeding, but if she thinks
he may win custody, she'll bring out the heavy artillery, namely the
false accusation.  In general, I think men know that wifey will do what
it takes to win custody, however immoral it may be, so they don't want
to make her desperate.  Of course, then feminists bash men for not
seeking custody.
