The big questions are:

1) will the conent providers be willing to lock their users (i.e., those
who pay for the content) into the Windows platform with little, if any,
support, for other OS's.

2) will the content providers be willing to marry themselves to Microsoft,
who has a history of drastically raising prices once competition is gone.
