Netscape version 3 need Win32s 1.2+ not 1.3+. OS/2 does support this but
you need to install it and Netscape 3 in Windows under pure DOS
(Not a dos session) other wise you will get an installation error. One 
installed they will
both work quite happily in a WIN/OS2 session
