Indeed, and think of how easy it is for some of these chips. After all,
just a little needle stick, not much pain.

INdeed it would, and I hope that it applies to big brother.
Parolees first, then, say, recipients of government
assistance, we can keep broadening the categories. Just
another needle stick along with a few others on your visit
to the clinic.
Gives a whole new meaning to "big brother's watching you ... "
now don't it?
I for one am all for such laws. YOu can't implant something in my body
such as this without my explicit permission.
