Then Nebraska does not have a true Right To Work law. Just something
masquerading as one.

That's irrelevant to a closed or open shop or union shop discussion. You could
have had the job if you were willing to abide by their requirements. As
railroad jobs (and their attendant retirement plans) are plums to the
blue-collar workforce I am sure that Union Pacific filled all their openings.
Apparently you didn't wish to meet their requirements ... I don't see that as a
fault of the railroad, or a union. It's a matter of personal choice.
 
And a perfect example of the golden rule.
