Depends what you want to FREQ. Anyone can FREQ "FILES", but
there are a number of limits placed on unlisted, or systems without a
session password. In the above case, I would've placed the file _on_hold_
for Paul's system, which is different to a FREQ. But since he doesn't seem
to want the file, it's not on hold for him. :-)
I have now made it so that anyone with a mailer/devil dialer/etc may FREQ
"OMF.ZIP" from 3:633/267{at}fidonet. Anytime except ZMH. Enjoy.
