Very little, actually.  There are really only two, so I've built them all
into the same script and put in some code to auto-detect the operating
system and configure accordingly.  The differences are in the path
separators used ("/" versus "\") and the extension used
for the resulting html files (".html" versus ".htm"). 
Like I say, pretty minor.

I've been a bit hesitant to hatch it out that way because it's sort of in a
fairly significant state of development flux right now.  I hope to have the
