For what reason do people refuse
to place all their trust in Christ for salvation? Even millions who profess
to do so, will not do so no matter what.
There are relatively few exceptions in this world of about seven billion
people. How remarkable that so many people
will do so many trivial, fruitless things, and yet the one thing that will
give them eternal life, that they will not do. It does not require
traveling around the earth, nor studying for years to get a degree, or
amassing a fortune of millions in wealth, or joining some church or
organization, or even going thru some ritual.
It takes but a moment,
and is the personal transfer of trust from off all else and onto Christ
alone so that he regards his righteousness yours, so that you have eternal
life.
And yet generally people will not do it. They will debate it, argue against
it, suppress it, oppose it, ignore it.
And then at the Rapture,
they will wonder why Christ did not take them.
