 I've been telling you this all along. And it's more like most of
 the last 16 years, as the republicans held the congress for most
 of that time, and a democratic president would be hard pressed
 to resist realistic health care reform.

 In any event, they didn't even try.

 Actually about 1/12th. And allowing insurance companies and tort
