Subject: Higher Education in Software Engineering Search
Dear Reader,
     A friend of mine has just graduated from high school and want to
continue his education in computer engineering field in a university. But
there no Iranian university capable of providing access tools for a blind
to complete his courses in this field.
     Would you please inform me of any university worldwide able to
support him learning this field. As he has not enough personal financial
support for the program, please let me know about any scholarship or kind
of support from UNESCO and similar organizations, if any.
