I've never heard of an offer -> rt> from them about any trade-ins on 14.4 modems. And the other -> rt> thing is you must have WWW access to get the deal. You have to -> rt> go to their WWW site, and get the info there. -> The Hayes deal I responded to (and have recieved acknlowledgement -> for) was _any_ modem, _any_ speed, plus $99 for a new Hayes with 56K. -> TTFN.
