YOU can sue in small claims court, and if you make it known loudly
enough publicly that you ARE sueing them for breech of contract and
copyright infringement, the BAD publicity might get you a fair
settlement. Remember, they absolutley DEPEND on a good public image,
and you will get some added exposure as well!

Unless you relinguished your copyright, I would think you ARE the sole
owner of that design and can use it as you choose, especially since you
were not paid for it as it is presently used. I'm not a lawyer, but I
am a fair minded person (there is a difference!) so you should seek a
SECOND opinion!
