Sec not unarchiving problem. If archiver returned not zero exit code, HPT
renamed bundle to .BAD
HPT unpack (zipped) bundle, next run following circle for each *.PKT:
- renames .PKT into .tos,
- analise PKT header: if PKT not for your node, it will renamed to .NFU, if
PKT contain false password (or without password from password-protwcted
link) - this .PKT will renamed to .SEC, IF .PKT structure invalid, this
.PKT will renamed to .BAD
- if .PKT good, HPT toss it
- loop next .PKT

 MM> is the same infozip command line good for the win32 edition of hpt?

You may look working infozip examples in the HPT or HUSKY distribution
package, or in the directory "config" of source tree.
