The router probably has a "reset" button that you can push -
usually with a pen or something similar, inside a small hole. That should
reset it to it's default settings and you should be able to get into it.
Other thing of course is to uninstall all VPN stuff. Is it an XP system?
Maybe a system restore to a previous point might work?
I seriously dislike all software VPN, they seem to be nothing but trouble...
