   Unless I give up my U.S. citizenship taxes are not optional.  Even if =
they were, moving is not the same as not purchasing something optional.

at all. As it is I'm forced to accept that I have to use passport to =
access any of the online features my MSDN subscription entitles me to. =
Taxes are optional depending on your pov, move to somewhere else if you =
