Which desktop are you running? Its possible to make the font larger in
all the various Pi desktops (Pixel, LXDE, Mate, etc), but it requires
editing config files on the simpler ones, where as the more
sophisticated ones, such as Mate, have dialogs to set fonts for the
different Window components. You'll need at least a Pi 3B to run the
more complex desktops comfortably.
